Glokkine has been a menace for a minute. By the age of 18, bro had already been locked up a whopping 12 plus times https://youtu.be/faQJO1lh_Ss (1:13-1:51) His mug shots tell a tale of a savage held in a choke hold by the trenches
Eventually, that chokehold would put his freedom to sleep. At some point you got to look in the mirror and wonder, “what the hell am I doing.” Every time bro came out, the next news was he was back arrested. In May 2019 alone, Glokknine racked up 17 charges from a single arrest
It got to the point where the feds had him labeled as the gang leader responsible for the AFNF The Army gang aka All Family No Friends that they said was wreaking havoc in the city beefing with Hotboii’s 438 gang https://youtu.be/wEMMZ9oi7mI (0:52-1:07) https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (12:13-12:25)
According to investigators, the gang war has led to the loss of innocent lives, from 3-year-old Daquan James Felix Jr. to even the niece of Orlando City Commissioner Regina Hill
16-year-old Tavyiah King https://youtu.be/S0dHJnHayKo (0:45-1:07) https://youtu.be/_CGdItnPAYI (0:00-0:20)

Glokknine nem was already on the feds radar, but a 3-year-old and the commissioner’s niece? Now you just looking to have the feds full wrath rain down https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (15:03-15:16) And rain down it did on their head top with the aim to lock folks nem up and throw away the key https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (22:13-22:21) https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (11:18-11:31)
Glokknine whose record at the time had racked up as much as 52 charges was in for hell with the law https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (2:01-2:11) With all the evidence they needed, Mr. ‘always keep a Glock tucked’ was finally in their grasp and the outcome wouldn’t be well for Glokknine’s future inside a cell https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (6:14-6:42) https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (6:53-7:02) Labeled a danger to the community, there was no weaseling his way out of this jam and the judge made sure of it
Glokknine was looking at serious time, and being locked behind bars with nowhere to run or hide, just waiting for the law to bring the hammer down, was taking a toll on bro mind. Glokknine had already been showing signs of depression going in and out of prison in past arrests.
So now, his mental state only worsened having to sit with nothing to do but count down the time and reminisce on how much the streets done took from him
He lost so much to the streets, now he was about to lose his freedom, and Glokknine started tweeting like he wanted it all to end
What’s worse, being behind bars started exposing who was really down for him, and Glokknine, already mentally broken, would have to deal with some heartache from his BM
Little did Glokknine know, or maybe he did, that things were about to get much much worse. On December 15th 2021, Glokknine’s hopes of being back outside was snatched from his dreams https://youtu.be/F2ir5iNaXF8 (1:02-1:16)
After pleading guilty to three weapons charges, Glokknine was sentenced to 7+ years in a federal prison https://youtu.be/xshv73fW8jM (0:04-0:19)
According to court documents, Glokknine was officially sentenced to 87 months, about 7 years and 2 months in prison on federal charges of Possession of Unregistered Firearm, Aggravated Identity Theft and Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.
As part of his plea deal, Glokknine was ordered to complete three years of supervised release and mandatory drug testing along with a $10,416 restitution payment for the PPP loan that he finessed during COVID
making everything he stole worthless cause now you got to pay it back and do time with it.
Glokknine was already going through it being locked, so now, actually being stripped of his freedom, knowing this time, they caught him for good, it was unsure how Glokknine would fair behind prison walls for that length of time.
At first, Glokknine was keeping up in spirits. Actually, it appeared he was pretty confident that 7 years wouldn’t meet him behind bars. Tweeting that anyone thinking he doing 7 for real is a goofy
The fans was right there egged him on. Glokknine was holding strong with what appeared to be a fanbase that repped hard for bro
But, having fan’s tweet ‘free you,’ and doing time behind bars where fans ain’t doing jack for you, changes the mood quickly. And that high in spirits attitude Glokknine had, quickly deteriorated once the reality started sinking in and everyone was going ghost
That’s how it goes. When you outside and hot risking your life, they cheer you on like you the biggest boss, only to see you fall and move on to the next rapper to hype up to lose his freedom too.
Glokknine had to spend his 20th birthday behind bars. His BM would post a pic of the rapper’s updated look online, and he looked like he was somewhat hanging in there, but there was this drained look in his eyes
Glokknine wasn’t about to just roll over and let jail break him though, pause. He may be locked, but rappers release bangers all the time behind bars and he did the same. May 20th 2022, he dropped off the track “Walkkin” https://youtu.be/aPHSNh-8tKA
then on June 5th he released some more heat with the track “No Attempts” https://youtu.be/IuAJmf_olik
Glokknine seemed to shake off the depression and betrayal of people tossing him aside when he needed them most, and decided he’s gna stand tall through his bid. He was tweeting jokes and finding humor in his situation to pass the time
But waking up and going to sleep with nothing but the walls around you and the clanging of opening and closing jail cells, isn’t for the faint at heart. Glokknine began feeling the effects of that routine. The thing with his time too, he was on lockdown for 23 hours with 1 hour outside. That was weighing heavy on Glokk’s mental health
The more time passed is the more he realized that maybe, those who he was holding down and riding for on the outside was only using him because now when he needs em, he’s all alone fighting for his life behind bars
Glokknine was learning a hard lesson, but one he needed if he wasn’t going to get himself in the same situation in the future, that’s if he would even make it out. It wasn’t an easy time, but even with his mental state on the decline, he tired to keep his focus on coming home
July 1st, 2022, fans would get a look inside of Glokknine’s mind when he dropped a freestyle titled “Feelings” on a jail call with his BM
What they would find was telling of how much he was being affected. The reality was that Glokk had a lot to lose, his daughter was growing up on the outside without a father, and that made the days even harder for him. He know he messed up and the regret was eating at him not there for her https://twitter.com/9lokknine/status/1542901954732498945?s=20&t=uG0coeW6bjazzbvZo8yh9g (0:08-0:18)
In other bars in the freestyle, Glokknine pours that real, stating how lonely he felt doing his time with everyone abandoning him https://twitter.com/9lokknine/status/1542901954732498945?s=20&t=uG0coeW6bjazzbvZo8yh9g (0:00-0:07)
In the final moments of the track, Glokknine talks of his depression from being on lockdown for 23 hours a day and not knowing what’s coming next with the other cases pending against him. Yea, bro already convicted, but he was out thuggin so much, he fighting multiple cases so not only is he having to deal with the years ahead of him already behind bars, but he may never get out if he’s convicted on other charges. That’s the reality of the streets, setting you up for failure https://twitter.com/9lokknine/status/1542901954732498945?s=20&t=uG0coeW6bjazzbvZo8yh9g (1:08-1:24)
It’s like karma or atonement or somn for all the wrongs he’s done was coming at the same time. Later that month after dropping his “Feelings” freestyle, Glokknine was in even more feelings after finding out that his grandad passed away, not only that, but on his daughter’s bday. So now he had to deal with missing seeing his daughter be one year older and losing someone dear to him. Damn
What do you do when all you want is to be home, but locked? Glokknine had to figure that out. In his mind he could see the finish line, but it was just far out of reach. That feeling of being alone with the devil fanning the flames was hitting heavy,
but bro with his back against the ropes was fighting the best he could
Even going through what he was going through, Glokknine had to keep his buzz going, his bread and butter was music, and being locked, he couldn’t do shows or none. Reaching into his bag of unreleases, he dropped the long awaited track “2100 Opps” on November 17th 2022 that he dropped a snipet to in the past https://youtu.be/TpLM_-45uSE
That was the last we heard from Glokknine until Christmas day 2022 when he re-emerged to vent about not being able to see his daughter on Christmas day
That got to hit hard, having to be away from your own around a time when it’s about family and loved ones, but that’s what comes with the trenches. Being alone with his demons on lockdown, Glokknine posted up his prison address, asking fans to write and show him some love cause he’s going through it and needed to feel somn to help through them long days and nights
Glokknine still has a long road ahead. Not only having to survive his bid, but fight racketeering charges and attempted second-degree murder charges that stemmed from his beef with his cousin Kuttem Reese
On July 23rd, 2020, officers responded to a female caller at 4440 Bleasdale Avenue relating to someone carrying out an attempted hit targeted to her son, Anthony Williams aka Kuttem Reese. Kuttem wasn’t home, but his family nearly lost their lives instead.
Latoya, his mother, states jealousy as the main reason why Glokknine targeted her son, saying Glokknine wants to be the only rapper coming from Orlando https://youtu.be/hu4SugNkjPg (1:07-1:34)
Before the attempted hit was carried out, Kuttem Reese’s lil sister would peep out the window to see two black vehicles with multiple men, where she was able to identify two as Glokknine and her half-brother Ballpark.
Ballpark would call out his half-sister for snitching on him, getting him tied up in the RICO too
In a stroke of good news in all the negatives, Glokknine’s attempted murder charges were dropped
But he still faces his RICO charge where cops found 13 auto sears,
which are devices that can convert glock handguns into fully automatic weapons, which carries serious prison time if convicted https://youtu.be/xXgAO7jyQMg (2:13-2:40)
Glokknine, had it all. He made it big, got signed by Cash Money for 2 mill as a teen, and lost it all from not leaving the streets alone https://www.youtube.com/shorts/xe4TqEtdXWw
His life now hangs in the balance depending on how his racketeering case goes https://youtu.be/RdjDUBYjHoE (0:00-0:23)
So there you have it. Thanks for kicking it with yah boy, appreciate the love and support. Catch ya’ll in the next one. Peace up and peace out.
