21 Savage, the Atlanta-based rapper who was born in the UK, has revealed more dates for his international tour after resolving his immigration issues. The rapper, whose real name is She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested by ICE in 2019 for overstaying his visa and faced deportation. However, after a long legal battle, he was granted a green card in 2023 and became a lawful permanent resident of the US.
The rapper celebrated his new status by announcing his first-ever show in London, his birthplace, on November 30, 2023 at The O2 arena. He also teased that his friend and collaborator Drake might join him on stage, as Drake commented “We’re” on his Instagram post. The London show is part of his homecoming tour, which also includes eight other dates across Europe in countries like France, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
