Ice Spice Shares Workout Routine After Shedding Pounds

Ice Spice is currently on her “Y2K! World Tour,” but that hasn’t stopped her from hitting the gym. On Thursday, August 29, she shared her official fitness routine in a video where she donned a cropped hoodie and a matching bodysuit. The workout began with stretches and Russian twists, followed by deadlifts with dumbbells. She continued with various abdominal and lower body exercises, including planks and leg presses, captioning her post, “We beatin’ them allegations, bae.”

Her workout video drew support from fans and celebrities alike, with Chlöe Bailey commenting, “Body on point.” This comes amid accusations that Ice Spice has been using Ozempic, a medication known for aiding weight loss, after her performance at Openair Frauenfeld in Switzerland in July. While she initially did not respond to the rumors, fellow artist Sexyy Red defended her, suggesting that stress and lifestyle changes could explain her appearance.

In mid-August, Ice Spice addressed the Ozempic allegations directly, expressing frustration over the speculation. During a Twitter Spaces chat, she stated, “I wish y’all never learned the word ‘Ozempic.’ What even is Ozempic? Like, genuinely, what is that? Have you lazy a** b**ches never heard of a gym?” She emphasized that her physique is a result of hard work at the gym and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while on tour.

On the music front, Ice Spice’s debut album “Y2K!” features collaborations with Travis Scott, Gunna, and Central Cee, and it debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 28,000 album-equivalent units.
