The festival’s co-founders, Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, expressed their excitement about the event’s European return, stating, “We’ve been blown away by the passion of the fans at our European shows, and we know our first show in Austria is going to keep the energy going”. Rolling Loud Europe is part of the festival’s global expansion, which has included events in Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, and Thailand.
Nicki Minaj, who is headlining the festival, is currently on her “Pink Friday 2 World Tour,” which will include stops in Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, and Italy, as well as at the Wireless Festival, Openair Frauenfeld, and Les Ardentes this summer. Travis Scott, who is also headlining, recently completed his “UTOPIA: CIRCUS MAXIMUS TOUR” and is expected to release his next album before the end of 2024[1]. Playboi Carti, the third headliner, was scheduled to hit the road for his “Antagonist Tour,” but it was indefinitely postponed.
Rolling Loud Europe is expected to be a highlight of the summer music festival season, bringing together some of the biggest names in hip-hop for an unforgettable weekend of music and entertainment.
