Lil Wayne is setting up shop on the West Coast.
The Young Money boss has purchased a $15.4 million mansion in the celebrity enclave of Hidden Hills, about 30 minutes outside of Los Angeles. According to TMZ, the 12,135-square-foot modern farmhouse sits on 3.26 acres with 7 beds and 7.5 baths. Weezy’s brand new custom estate boasts panoramic views and an open floor plan, including a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops.
The spacious family room features sliding glass walls, while other amenities include an entertainers lounge with wet bar, gym, and a home theater, complete with starry light ceiling. The master suite is fit for a king with floor-to-ceiling windows, two huge closets, and a stone bath with steam shower. In the sprawling backyard is a zero-edge pool with entertaining area including an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, plus a basketball court.
A detached guest house sits below the main house on rolling greens and includes a bedroom, office, and full kitchen.
Weezy, who bought the house under its $15.75 million asking price, will have some famous neighbors including his Young Money brother Drake, whose famed “YOLO Estate” is just minutes away. Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner also own homes in the exclusive gated community.
This is the latest addition to Weezy’s real estate portfolio. Lil Wayne also owns a 10,632-square-foot crib on Allison Island off the coast of Miami Beach, which he purchased in 2018 for $16.75 million.
