No dream is too far to attain with dedication and grind, and Zio is bringing his to life.
Singapore native, Ivan, known to the music industry as Zio, is a 23 year old artist making his way into rap’s main stage. Starting out as a gamer, most of his time was spent along that lane, but at the age of 13, Zio began to grow more and more passionate about music. He went on to switch his focus to building his career as a rapper, practicing songwriting, and rapping daily. Given his lack of experience in the new field, rap’s dynamic range of melodies and rhyme schemes wasn’t easy for him to simply grasp, but Zio had the potential for greatness within him. As he worked on his craft, he developed a style and flow that was ready to take him to the top.
With his grind on one hundred and his skills over the mic evolving to dope levels, Zio released his first track ‘Make it Fast’ into the world in July of 2020. The track immediately started growing on audiences and increasing his fanbase. Being produced by Kevin Hues, with features from Yahna, and JuzTkp, each artist did their thing and propelled Zio into the radar of many hip-hop enthusiasts.
Zio overcame fear, and doubt, persevering through and beginning along the path of his dreams. With the support of his family and friends, Zio is plotting huge moves for fans and audiences alike. He is currently working on his debut album ‘Future’ scheduled for a late 2021 release, and a second banger from the artist is rumored to drop in February 2021. The Big Jeezy produced track holds the title ‘Like Dat’ and features Lakeith Rashad, and Kash. It will join his first single ‘Make it Fast’ on streaming platforms Spotify, Apple iTunes and YouTube.
