However, his legal woes would continue to have him facing imprisonment, and that end result came when he was convicted on charges of burglary and perjury. Boss Goon would spend 6 years behind bars for those charges, collectively with his other cases and trials, 10 years was the cost he paid before gaining his freedom

Unfortunately, even though Boss Goon wanted to transition into a successful rap career, the music video for the single held all the evidence of what was awaiting him in the coming months. Boss Goon can be seen surrounded by affiliates with guns while he wielded a couple himself

Boss Goon was enjoying his freedom, but maybe in too much of a dangerous way. Still, he wasn’t going to let anyone get in the way of his path to greatness. His rivals however, had something to say about that in the coming months. January 5th 2019, 10 days before his life was ended, Boss Goon posted to his Facebook account a flyer for an event where he would be performing live on January 15th at the Paradise Gentlemen’s Club
The comments under the post showed the excitement to see him perform, and Boss Goon welcomed all to attend even without an invite.

The days counted down, and the big date arrived, January 15th 2019. Boss Goon went to the venue with his family and friends ready to have a good time. Boss Goon, who was in the front passenger seat, got the worst of the bullets. His brother was hit in the back and head area suffering 3 wounds, along with others in the vehicle receiving several gunshot wounds as well. His father, who was wounded twice in the back, knew at that moment everyone’s life was in his hands. Even through pain and bleeding out, he himself rushed everyone to the nearest hospital, The Memorial Hospital
At around 2:09am Abdul Robinson Sr., Boss Goon’s father was caught on surveillance cameras speeding towards the hospital where he pulled up with a bullet riddled SUV
Boss Goon, his family would enter the hospital, one other in critical condition but despite the best efforts of doctors present, Boss Goon would be the only one who succumbed to his injuries shortly after

Robinson Sr., Boss Goon’ father was now in the spotlight by the law even though he was a victim and a father in mourning for his son. This was due to his past, which included 11 years behind bars among other legal issues. That later turned out to have allegedly been a false statement made by Robinson Sr., as him along with one of his other sons, Hakeem Robinson aka Ksoo
was held in 2020 on charges for murder and accessory to murder
This stemmed from the alleged retaliation for Boss Goon’s murder where they were involved in taking the life of a rival rapper by the name of Charles McCormick aka Lil Buck on January 15th 2020
It is alleged that in the passing of Ksoo’s brother Boss Goon, Lil Buck would release a song disrespecting his death. This would be taken as a sign that he was involved in the murder of Boss Goon and became a target for retaliation. Reports state that on January 15th 2020, Lil Buck’s murder was carried out at an Arlington Shopping Plaza, after he was followed from home and ambushed.
Surveillance footage would capture two assailants fleeing from the scene of the crime and later investigators would find the players involved in the brazen daytime assassination. Reports state that after the murder, their vehicle would crash

Ksoo would release a song with rapper and affiliate Yungeen Ace

Barner would be interviewed where he confirmed Ksoo retaliated on Lil Buck for making a diss song about his dead brother, Boss Goon. Not only that, but he detailed Ksoo chasing down and ending the life of Lil Buck with an AR pistol
It’s sad, that Boss Goon lost so much of his life to past criminal deeds and serving time behind bars, only to come home and have his life taken without even being able to enjoy his new freedom. Now his brothers and father are behind bars for avenging his death. That’s the reality so many face who come up in an environment of gang culture and toxicity.
