Megan Thee Stallion has teamed up with Amazon to promote its 10th annual Prime Day event, which kicked off on July 16. As part of the partnership, Megan unveiled a new merchandise collection in support of her “Hot Girl Summer Tour.”
The collection includes a variety of items, such as a cropped T-shirt and booty shorts set in red and yellow, a tote bag, a “Hot Dog Summer” dog T-shirt, and a beach towel. Megan also debuted a bikini swimsuit inspired by her “Megan Thee Lifeguard” persona from the “It’s Prime Day” music video.
Megan spoke highly of the collaboration, stating that Amazon was “extremely supportive and open to many of [her] creative ideas.” She also mentioned that she did all of her own stunts for the music video, including the motorcycle jump as “Megan Thee Daredevil.”
The song “It’s Prime Day,” which Megan recorded for the occasion, is an Amazon Music exclusive and was included as a bonus track on her latest album, MEGAN, which was released on June 28. The album features guest appearances from artists like GloRilla, UGK, and Big K.R.I.T.
Megan’s “Hot Girl Summer Tour” is currently underway, with the European and UK leg kicking off on July 7 in France. The tour is expected to wrap up on July 17 in London, with Megan also scheduled to perform at two headlining festival sets in the United States.
